For the cards, perfect.

For the interface design, experience has shown that it's better to do it
once the functional part is finished. We usually discover a few
necessary changes during the course of development, and doing the design
only when that part is finished allows to avoid double work. Would it be
ok if Deborah works on the interface design after the September 16th
delivery?

To ensure this goes quickly, Deborah you could design one sample page of
the interface before, so we can have time to discuss it. Then after
September 16th you create the rest of the pages.

It would give something like this for design:
      * Aug 26-Sept 6: Deborah progressively send cards on the
mailing-list as they are designed, to get feedback and comments
(she remains in charge of the content of the cards and their
        consistency though)
      * Sept 7: Delivery of the set of 36 cards (7*5+1)
      * Sept 9th: Delivery of the design of one game interface by
        Deborah
      * Sept 9th-Sept 15th: Comments on the design by all
      * Sept 16th: Validation of the design of the page
      * Sept 16th: Delivery of the fully functional game by Illya and
Gary. Deborah starts working on the rest of the game interface
        screens
      * Sept 21st: Delivery of the design for all game screens by
        Deborah
      * Sept 24th: Delivery of the design integration by Illya and Gary

Would that work for you all? Is that enough time for each part?

Yup - you need to use the bazaar version control to commit and push
changes. You can read more details about it there:

Let me know if you have any question in the process!

Thanks,
Xavier.
