Yup, that's the right way to do it. : )

You will push changes daily to your own branch, and I will regularly
merge it into mine. Just remember to do the same on your side before
pushing (merge from lp:cardstories and fix any conflict that might
arise), in case I do changes on my side.

They are about mercurial, but the conceptual part is very similar, and
