Can you give me the proportions for the different zones width, in % of
the total width?

For example: picture background 100%, blue background 90%, white
background 80%, article body 60%, right column 10%. This way the
developer will know exactly what proportions to apply, and the width of
the elements will adapt to the size of the window.

If there are some that should have a maximum or minimum size, or even
not be resized depending on the size of the window, let me know too. For
example, you may want to set a maximum and a minimum width for the
article body, so it doesn't stretch too much with very high resolutions,
and probably the right column could have a fixed size.
