Hi, here are the minutes of the call Vlad and I had this morning :
1) current and future tasks The training iteration should end next monday end of day. Then, Vlad leaves to the US on next wednesday, so there will be max one day work before he leaves - Vlad will probably use this little time for bug fixing, typically alpha 2.0 bugs. In Montreal from Oct 8th to Oct 17th, the focus will be on the OO iteration. We will clarify then in what order to finish the other current milestones (1.2, 2.0, 2.1). The objective after that will be to come back to a process where 1 week iteration = 1 milestone. 2) what went right/what went wrong + : Vlad, as he already mentioned on the ml, is glad with the training, he believes it will be very useful for the future work on the project. Especially, he told me that regarding the flexibility required by our iteration process, the OO structure will make things a lot easier. - : Vlad and I talked again about the need to improve the accuracy in the forecast of the duration of the tasks. Let's see if our new process of dedicating the friday to estimation of duration solves this matter. That's all for the +/- this week :)
