But then I do, I don't want uni

Sorry for being such a annoyance, but I do

You make people go to university, you can't tell them that 'dammit,
act like you're in bug&bee!' See, university is the place to study, a
place to learn new stuff, a place to hold a conference, but hell no
for the unconference!

You didn't have a problem to make yourself to act informal, but then
how about ppl who come to barcamp the first time? It's really hard for
them to talk, to act, to participate, and to ask question. Why? Since
Thai people are learn 'not' to ask any question during the class. They
don't care weather they understand or not, they just pretend they know
it.

And to put them into the place that is a classroom, you're killing
yourself again!

I know from Barcamp2 there was a whole lot of people. In my opinion?
That's too many. You know why you get that many? Since you was
organized in a uni. Some people just come because it's organized in
their uni, and not because they want to come to Barcamp alone.

I don't think we gonna success on trying to build an informal
atmosphere in the uni. It just won't happened. You can try again, it's
gonna be uni feel again.

We're in Bangkok, there're hell lots of conference room out there. I
know you guys can raise $$ for sure, and you guys have access to the
projector for sure. I think I want to suggest the place that really
'open', then we setup the room by ourselves. It sure shouldn't be like
the one that 3105 went to, since it's too close to each other.

Just think outside the box guy, think outside the stupid little darn
box call 'university with full featured facility! It will kill us .. :)
