Many brands use broadcom chips...  specifically the 5352  is used in Asus,
Belkin, Buffalo, Lynksys and more..

read all the notes in the model that interest  you...   what you want is  a
model that is easily flashable...   some are tricky to flash requiring ...
at least for a non techie like me far too much thought to get it going...

If you go to a geeky networking shop at Pantip or elsewhere they should be
able to tell you about experiences flashing to another firmware...   I know
they talk about it here in Pattaya at my local networking shop... but you
will get nothing from them if  you go to IT city or some other chain store..

My only recommendation is to go with the ddwrt list...  no matter what
router you go with you are faced with the same potential to brick it... so
take a leap of faith and have fun..  yes it does work and yes it is fun to
see a new firmware in there that is deply configurable
