Absolutely. Both BarCamp meetings and BeerCamps are always open to everybody.
The only time we have to restrict BarCamp meetings is when we are meeting with external organisations. They can't always handle people turning up un-announced. For internal meetings you're always welcome to turn up and lend a hand.
