If this is going to work we need a high level of coordination; we need: 1) A person to coordinate this effort and track progress on what presentations have been submitted for translation, who is doing them, progress reports and completions dates.
2) A dedicated team of about 10-20 people that can spend 5-10 hours each translating slides / presentations in advance. 3) An online system where people can submit presentations a week in advance for translation. 4) Promote the service (perhaps via a broadcast newsletter to all participants) so attendees know to prepare their presentation in advance and submit for translation. I just don't think that enough people will have presentations complete in advance and, even if we could get them to do it, that we can organize the system to do mass translations in time. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Barcamp Thailand" group.
