I just thought most of people are now on vacation and see this email on 8 or 9 th.
And also myself, i want to let my staff to join it but it'll be after Thursday to confirm. I think we can use my office, but gotta check projects schedule with Tokyo side. Are you thinking to make it overnight 2 days event? Personally, It'll be better if we can postpone date. I want to make sure if myself and everybody available on the date.
