Hello Sebastian, can you reach other IPv4 only sites like http://www.ubuntu.com/ from your backup system?
As far as I know you need NAT64 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAT64) to be able to reach IPv4-only hosts from your IPv6-only hosts. Or use a proxy that can reach IPv4 hosts. Please don't expect http://download.bareos.org to be reachable also over IP6 too soon.
