What director are you using ? e.g. are version of the software on
windows and on the director the same ? e.g. not using a 13.2.2 stable
release director and a 14.1.x or 14.2.x windows SD. Keep in mind that
the DIR and SD need to be the same version. You can have older FD versions
but SD and DIR need to be in sync as the protocol is not versioned between
the two (not that it would make a lot of sense to do so only to say that
the versions are not the same.)
