I have some questions regarding verify jobs. I have a use case where I
have a folder of files that mostly only gets added to which I want to
check for integrity (bit flips etc). This folder is backed up in bareos.
I have added verify=pins5 to the fileset and created a verify job. Is
this enough to keep track of bit errors/flips for this fileset? what do
the different verify jobs actually do? Id also like to verify that the
backup volumes are correct (compare files on disk against files in
backup volume). is this possible currently? Ideally id like to include
verify in the backup job and have the backup fail if it finds that a
file on disk has changed.
