Starting with 14x bareos version you could have the 3 daemons running on windows. I've a customer which run this on windows7 with postgresql and things are going quite well after 7 months. i still would consider that as beta. And sync everthing elsewhere too. I'm experiment this as a solution for smb backup solution.
