Hi, I have successfully installed the Bareos system. Its amazing product!! I have a questions - is there any way to backup a laptops/computers over the Internet? The problem is I understand it, that the Director have to connect to the Windows Client for example, and tell him what to do. Because the laptop is currently is not connected to the LAN (its at home for example), the Director can't resolve the name and can't connect to the client. Event if I open an inbound NAT with 9102/9103 port to the bareos server, it will not help me to resolve this issue.
I can't to manage laptop's IPs manually. And the home router with embedded firewall will block the inbound connection from the Internet...
