First try today with a windows 10 client.
Windows 10 was installed by the MS "(free)" update proposed for my windows 7
ultimate.
(For success installation, I've to remove the primary Linux disk on the
hardware, so Windows was thinking it was alone on this computer)

I've removed the old 12.4 bareos version and put a 14.2 on it

First the status client sign with wrong windows version
Microsoft Windows 8 Professional (build 9200), 64-bit

Shouldn't be Windows 10 Professional as winver indicate ?
Shall I open a bug report, or is it already handle with the 15.2x bareos
version?

Please create a bugentry. It seems that the API we use to detect the windows
version is
deprecated on windows 10.

Another interesting things is the return of errors
The encoding is wrong ... but I'm 100% sure Windows is still not ready

06-Sep 21:22 x-wing-fd JobId 33: Could not stat "D:/": ERR=Le volume ne
contient pas de systme de fichiers connu. Vrifiez si tous les pilotes de systme
de fichiers ncessaires sont chargs et si le volume nest pas endommag.

Thats interesting.

Beside that 240GB was safely backup, and a test restore of the whole Steam
folder nicely restored
without any hitch. :-)

Windows 10 is part of our testing framework, und fortunately it works without any special problems. SD and Director also work there.

Have fun
