If the job you've ran was complete you can delete files and jobs stored in the database with the purge command (be careful) For the storage place it depend a lot of how your configuration is setup. If your media contain only this wrong backup, after purging the records in database you can simply erase it from the file-system. Another important point is What kind of Windows are you saving, there's several of them in the wild unfortunately.
