Hi Bruno, thank you for the response. I've been using this setup for over a year now and don't recall seeing this delay until recently. However recently I converted the client from Windows to Linux and now this happens. I've been stuck looking at the director and storage config and not looking at the thing that really changed the client file daemon.
I'm not seeing anything in any log files indicating a problem. However, I notice I'm not seeing any of the client messages on the client or director log directories.
