In short: yes. A VolStatus "Error" is something to worry about. I guess, it is also the reason, why the next volume (Incremental-0031) have been used. There should be something in the logs, maybe in the joblog of next job? I'm also wondering, that it says, you using two storage daemon (Server-File-Storage and Admiral-File-Storage). Is this correct or have you renamed the storage daemon?
