I'm wondering if it is not linked to the ipv6 on windows.

if from the windows client you could telnet IPV4-bareos-dir 9101
and telnet IPV4-bareos-fd-windows 9102 

Then it will just confirm that the dual stack has a trouble.

You could try to setup the client to only work with ipv4

FDAddresses = {ipv4 = {port = 9102}}
