This does nothing except updating database records of all volumes with newer
definition you've put in your pools

What about
purge volume=[write here a volume you want to clear]
if this is not working, please open a bug report (bugs.bareos.org)
Give as much information you can list the list of volume you describe
like output of
llist volume=Catalog-00
replace Catalog-00 by your defective volumes
llist pool=Mensal
show pool=Mensal
a ls -l or stats about your volume media etc ....
