Hello list, I have a backup job that is like 2TB. Bareos is splitting this backup sometimes into two files. The storage got a space of 30TB and there is enough space available. When the backup is splitted the first Volume got the status "Full". Also the backup is not splitted at a specific size.
This pool can have max 5 volumes. So when the backup is splitted it uses 2 of the 5 volumes. So every few weeks I get the error message that Bareos can't find a volume to append because the retention of the used volumes isn't reached. Can anyone tell me why the volumes got the "Full" status and how I can make sure that Bareos is only using one file for a backup?
