I guess you will have to follow the documentation 
http://doc.bareos.org and learn the basics concepts.

I would create an extended volume, or better a raid volume under windows then 
mount it under a new drive or in a directory (mountpoint).
and use the excluding registry key so it will not descend into it.

OneFS = yes configuration can help too.
