Hi Jon,

make sure such devices and clients are no longer defined in your current
configuration files and have a look at
http://doc.bareos.org/master/html/bareos-manual-main-reference.html#Bareos-dbcheck
on how to remove orphaned clients from your catalog database.

Remember, clients can only be removed by bareos-dbcheck if there are no
jobrecords left in your catalog which are associated with the client.

Devices can not be removed by bareos-dbcheck. You can only remove them
manually from the device table of your catalog database, which is not
recommended unless you really know what you are doing.
