thanks for that. I figured out it, was a configuration issue: the file pool 
didn't have the 'Storage = File01' directive in it, so the tape jobs defaulted 
to Tape01 for both the Read and Write Storage.

The jobs now queue, the first one tries to run, but I now have this error:
