In the log there's 
>lock.c:287-9813 block.c:286 Volume data error at 0:121089224! Wanted ID: 
"BB02", got "<D7><E1><DA>p". Buffer discarded

BB02 is the bareos signature of media. If there's something else written to 
the spool file, then the first suspect would be : 

Reformat the spool area and recreate your subdir layout if any.
If the spool area is running on top of ssd (check their lifetime, and number 
of read/write; I've a pair of that died last week).

Then check any cpu and or memory and network failure.
