The Open Source Backup Conference is the perfect platform for developers, decision makers and administrators from the open source field to exchange information on the newest development on data backup with open source software, as well as gaining new know-how. The conference program contains the following intensive workshops on the first conference day: BAREOS Introduction, Scripting BAREOS and Puppet for BAREOS. On the second day, there will be two parallel slots of talks by renowned speakers on different software- tools concerning open source backup. This year Didac Oliveira (Brain Updaters, SSL), Dr. Stefan Vollmar (Max Planck Institute for Metabolism Research) and Martin Loschwitz (T-Systems) will be among the speakers.
