Additional info: Now I'm getting the first failed backup without encryption, 
also the same error:

02-Oct 00:35 albatros-dir JobId 10060: Fatal error: Network error with FD during
Backup: ERR=Connection reset by peer

See my top post, I think I have set the heart beat correctly for both director, 
client and storage but why am I getting these errors?
