I too am struggling to create an always incremental scheme. I've created a minimal configuration in files only, but I keep filling my storage on the second backup. I've also had difficulty reporting on the size of the backups while debugging the issue. I've repeatedly ended up deleting all volumes, dropping the DB, and starting over. I haven't found a way to delete that backup without starting completely over after searching the manual, mailing list archive, and asking on irc. That's time consuming while debugging the config files. Would someone see fit to share a MWE of always incremental to disk for the local host?
