That is how we do it. Multiple jobs with the same client but different filesets.

But it does depend on what you want to accomplish. If you simply want to backup multiple filesystems on the same host as part of the same job, then in the fileset you can list multiple "File ..." options in your fileset easily.

We separate them since one of the jobs does a backup of one of our TrueNAS file servers reading files via NFS. The other does the general backup of the host. Both of these jobs have the same client, but different filesets.
