Good afternoon. I tried to optimize the the space, manually reducing the
retention of some pools, but leaving space occupied without being rotated.
After I have changed the service and run: update option: 1 option: 14
It would have a way to automate this process, it follows the configurations:

Look, even a 15-day retention pool has some files from last year.
