I found a fact that may be related to the problem. On July 16, 2018, which is the date of the last backup of these files, all Linux servers ran two incremental jobs, one at the correct time (around 9:30 p.m.) and another 50 minutes earlier!
The incremental job that ran at 8:40 pm was the last backup record of these files. Since then, each server ran three full backups and six differential backups. And even then I do not find backups of these files on the webui.
