Yes, rethinking about the implementation we had in rc1, we have removed the "TLS PSK.*" options as they make not much sense but the compatibility functionality to old client even more complicated. Openssl can do TLS-PSK and with certificates at the same time, so we decided to stay with the "old" TLS directives.
