I discovered BereOS yesterday and today I want to setup a new client.
If I follow the manual (§6 – Tutorial – Adding a client), I should do
*configure add client name=client2-fd address=192.168.0.2 password=secret
Created resource config file "/etc/bareos/bareos-dir.d/client/client2-fd.conf":
Client {
Name = client2-fd
Address = 192.168.0.2
Password = secret
}
If I read a look to §11.1 Client Resource of the same manual, I do not find the
keys « Address » and « Password » but I find the keys « FD Address » and « Pki
Cipher »
Does anybody have an explanation ?
