I had a lot of jobs running as part of a copy job, I wanted to cancel all queued (blocked on storage devices) and let teh running job finish. Using the example cancel all state=blocked Selects teh running jobs, and cancel all state=running Selected all waiting jobs. It did not mater what I put in for state all jobs were always selected, and moving the all to the end after state was the same result.
