yes, I noticed that too, but the non-failing build for x86_64 (where ceph is available and installed) did have that line, too IIRC. I added php to the dependencies and produced the attached log.

Are you sure it is strictly related to ceph ? It is possible that php is
an
dependency for bareos-ui build.

I'm pretty sure, it's related to ceph, because:
a) removing ceph from the dependencies makes the build fail
b) some older PKGBUILD for an older version of bareos had a hack to comment out ceph in some build files before running configure and make but I could not get the recent version to build with this hack, so I removed it and added ceph to the dependencies.
