We have monthly backups and the tapes used are replaced with new ones each month.
Our pool is a Full backup with a retention of 1 year and autoprune enabled. My assumption is that this won't do anything to the tapes as they won't be in the drive at the 1 year mark but what I am curious about is whether it prunes the entries from the catalog?
