--> ok I found it. I changed the my $wd = "/path/to/dir"
in /usr/lib/bareos/scripts/make_catalog_backup.pl
hope this is the right way to do it.
Anyway, it works.

But the dump is still writing into /var/lib/bareos
what am I missing?
