Hi Joe, maybe I can clarify the situation somewhat. As stated at the top of the Release Notes[1] "the releases of packages on http://download.bareos.org is limited to the initial versions of a major release".
However, the releases 19.2.5, 19.2.6 and 19.2.7 contain fixes for regressions introduced in 19.2 (i.e. #1172, #1175, #1176, #1190 and #1192). As a result, the company decided to publish these on download.bareos.org so that an upgrade from 18.2 to 19.2 will not introduce these regressions.
