There are some scripts shipped in bareos-database-common package. On Debian
you’ll find
/usr/lib/bareos/scripts/drop_bareos_database
/usr/lib/bareos/scripts/create_bareos_database
/usr/lib/bareos/scripts/make_bareos_tables
/usr/lib/bareos/scripts/grant_bareos_privileges
Additionally delete the media files and you can start from scratch.
