Normally, Bareos publishes packages for new distribution versions together with 
a new Bareos version, so I’d expect it with Bareos 22. Maybe, paying users get 
it earlier, but there I’m not sure.

You could create the packages yourself by cloning the latest release from 
Github and starting with the files contained in debian/.
