Did somone come across this error on Windows machines?

I believe since version before last and definitely with "current" and
"next" (as of today) I get the following error message, when starting
bareos-tray-monitor (my translation as I have a German Windows):

*The code execution cannot be continued, as libpcre2-8-0.dll could not be
found.*

I tried re-installing and as said, current
(winbareos-23.0.3~pre104.aaf825630-release-64-bit.exe) and next
(winbareos-24.0.0~pre528.65982df91-release-64-bit.exe) versions.

I only install tray/monitor and bareos client. Google does not reveal any
info in connection to bareos but has reports of the missing DLL in
connection to other software. I believe (not an expert on building
software) it might have something to do with the build of the tray monitor
software package but await the experts view on it. I might be off.

By the way, Windows is the latest version (23H2 / 22631.3447).

Thanks and any input welcome.
