Thank you so much for the reply. I have posted a bug report here: https://github.com/bareos/bareos/issues/1975 with as many details as I could find. I am running this in docker on a Synology NAS. It has 128GB of RAM. Typically smaller backups of 2-5TB have no problems. However, when I try to run this larger archive run (in total it is about 700TB) it consistently crashes after a 10-20 TB. I was looking for out of memory but it doesn‘t seem to be memory related and there are no limitations on the docker. The error seems to indicate that the stack is getting overwritten somewhere. I have tried it with and without spooling but didn‘t see a difference.
