I reproduced the problem on EL8.
The error message is, in a freshly installed EL8, in
/var/log/php-fpm/www-error.log
Reason is, that we used the function array_key_first, only available in
PHP 7 >= 7.3.0, while EL 8 ships with PHP 7.2.
We will publish a fix soon. Thank you for your report.
