Don't know what happens to this thread. You last post is not an error like you think, its just a call the net stop bareos-webui to be sure that component is stopped before any copy of files (otherwise it might failed later) Should it be handled differently ? feel free to propose sponsoring or direct PR to fix that inconvenient.
The installer should continue and install the product afterwards without any troubles.
