| Yes that appears to be the case. What you are describing doing virtual fulls disk to tap for offsite is what I do but it’s a single sd using sneaker net. Maybe you could hack something doing the virtual full as an archive job then do a copy job the. Delete the fist copy. Sounds convoluted though. Maybe you could use an Ethernet to sas gateway or fcoe to use a remote library from the same sd over your network. Probably expensive depends on your data volume unless there is an open fcoe implementation similar to iscsi.
