I meant to mention the Goy/Schlegel list. It's also in Boetticher's RISM volume with a rather poor description. The Vallet prints seem to be unknown to Souris in the modern edition of Vallet, rev. Goy. But the Ms. is cited. So it's n ot entirely unknown. ajn
