If you run through that process, you'll have a system that is capable of compiling the CVS tree someday (you'd need to install autoconf and automake), which would let you help out with testing if you were interested. If you run into trouble, please let me know. Always good to have testers on different systems. I still have the RPM's I built yesterday, and I plan to upload them to Sourceforge today.
