Yes, it is Ubuntu 7.10.  I got past the ./configure
--enable-opensync-plugin script problem by reinstalling the Ubuntu
package (I got an error without it for missing PACKAGE), which I had
removed when I built a newer opensync from source.  

Does it have to be 0.21?  I am having trouble finding that specific
tarball.
