I haven't set one up. The only binary packages that I produce are on
the sourceforge.net download page.
If someone wants to create a script that will generate Packages.gz and
Sources.gz that point to the package files on the sourceforge.net
download page, I would be happy to accept that as a patch, and host
the repository.
