Running barry .14, all I had to do to get tmobile to work was to add my username & pw to the barry-tmobileus file: user "1234567890" password "foo" Perhaps I am mis-remembering things, but when I was first setting it up, the script refused to connect once or twice even after I put the username and password in the file. My recollection is that after waiting a few minutes and trying again, it worked. Perhaps the auth server has some timeouts for failures built into it... In any case, putting the username and password in the file is the only change I made, and connecting has been reliable since then. My blackberry crashes fairly frequently while I'm using it as a modem, but that's always many minutes after connecting. From the error message you're getting, it sounds like barry isn't recognizing that you have set up a username and password. As far as that goes, the only thing I can think of is, did you remember to uncomment the username and password lines?
